Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and risk mitigation by tracking the implementation of enhancements and product / field corrective actions within defined timeframes and addressing any issues as required including customer relationship management Conduct regular system audits and generate performance reports Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, identify areas of non-compliance, address non-compliance and track improvements as required

Qualifications

• NQF 7 / 8 in a IT related field No experience needed, as you will develop this as part of the graduate program
